Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus «On the protection of personal data», as well as the legislation of the customer’s country, and defines the procedure for processing the personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of citizens, business entities and ZOV-LenEVROMEBEL, JLLC.

ZOV-LenEVROMEBEL, JLLC sets the observance of the human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of the personal data, including the protection of privacy rights, personal and family secrets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities.

Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to the specific or determined User of the website zovofficial.com;
User - any visitor of the website zovofficial.com;
Provision of the personal data - actions aimed at disclosing the personal data to a specific person or a certain group of persons;

Email;
The site also collects and processes anonymous data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metric and Google Analytics and others).

4. Purpose of processing the personal data

7. Cross-border transfer of the personal data

Before the cross-border transfer of the personal data, ZOV-LenEVROMEBEL, JLLC shall make sure that the foreign state where it is planned to transfer the personal data provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
Cross-border transfer of the personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can only be carried out if there is a written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or the execution of the contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
